Shipping
We ship across the United States. In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $99.
- Orders under $99 are charged a flat, calculated rate shown at checkout.
- Oversized or heavy items may incur additional freight charges, displayed before payment.
- You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
- Certain items (custom-cut goods, clearance items, consumables) may be non-returnable — this is noted on the product page.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
